Experts in the field of quality management, certified auditors in theory and practice consider the stages of quality management system implementation, analyze and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the organization, necessary for quality risk management.

The format of the unique two-step training system promotes the practical use of the skills learned during the training. After the first stage, participants are given the opportunity to begin work on the implementation of quality management system in their organization and in the second stage to discuss the problems and issues that arise during its implementation. The duration of each stage is 5 days with a 1-month break between stages.
