Course Description

The program of the course is built in such a way as to fully analyze the issues of injuries of the upper limb in children in 3 days. The series will be held in a discussion format: cases, answers to questions, analysis of clinical cases, lectures and practice. This is a unique and comprehensive course in which 70% of the curriculum will be devoted to practical exercises on cadaveric material.

The cycle has 6 theoretical and practical modules:
Formation of a systematic approach to childhood trauma. General principles;
Upper limb – clavicle, humerus;
Forearm fractures are a theoretical block. Part 1;
Forearm fractures are a theoretical block. Part 2;
Treatment of metaphyseal and epiphymetaphyseal fractures of the humerus;
Complications and their treatment.
Practice at Cadaver-lab.

For the most effective process of training, we recruit groups of no more than 16 people (3-4 people per cadaveric stand)
