A “Clinic Manager” is a specialist in the clinic responsible for improving the patient experience and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction. This can include various measures, such as improving the quality of medical care in the clinic, ensuring cleanliness and comfort in the clinic, providing patients with information about the procedures performed, and last but not least: having the authority to resolve conflicts that arise between patients and medical staff.

Responsibilities of the "clinic manager":
